  • Website refers to Peach, accessible from peachcars.co.ke
  • Platform refers to the Website.
  • Country refers to: The Republic of Kenya.
  • Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Platform, to provide the Platform on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Platform or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Platform is used.

Retention of Your Personal Data

Facebook Analytics

We sometimes use Facebook Pixel on our website, a web analytics tool which uses “cookies” which are stored on your PC, tablet or mobile device and which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information obtained by the cookies about your use of this website will generally be transmitted to a server in the USA and stored there. We use Facebook Pixel on our website, however, with an IP anonymisation tool, with which your IP address, when collected by Facebook Pixel, will be masked beforehand and thus will be exclusively transmitted by Facebook Pixel in anonymised form. Facebook Pixel uses the collected information to statistically evaluate your use of our website for us, to create reports on website activities and to provide further services related to the website and the internet usage for us. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the scope of Facebook Pixel will not be combined with other data from Facebook. You can deactivate the Facebook Pixel function with a browser add-on, which you can download at http://xxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx. To do this you must install that browser add-on. This will prevent the analysis information from being sent to Facebook.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Business Transactions

  5. The Right to Object to Processing – You have the right to object to our Company’s processing of Your personal data. Please note that where the right to object is applicable the Company may be able to continue processing of Your personal data if it can demonstrate a compelling reason/s for doing so. Please note however that at all times You have an absolute right to stop Your personal data being used for direct marketing.
  6. The Right to Data Portability – You have the right to request that our Company transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to You, under certain conditions. Please note This right only applies where Your personal data is processed electronically. This does not apply to paper records or electronic data created by the Company.

Security of Your Personal Data
